About the Role
We are looking for confident and customer-oriented candidates to join the IDFC Bank customer support team in Thane. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate assistance through professional communication.
What You Will Do
- Speak with customers and understand their banking-related requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information as per the process guidelines.
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues appropriately.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Follow defined quality, compliance, and productivity parameters.
- Work effectively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with previous BPO, voice process, customer care, or banking experience are also welcome.
- Good spoken English and communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling customer conversations.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Compensation
NAPS Position: ₹21,000 In-Hand
Regular CTC Position:₹22,000 CTC | ₹18,600 In-Hand
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMWeekly Off: Sunday Fixed
