Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-centered Naturopathy/Homeopathy Physician to join our integrative wellness team. The physician will assess patients holistically, identify the root causes of illness, and develop individualized treatment plans using naturopathy and/or homeopathy principles. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals including Ayurveda physicians, nutritionists, yoga therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to deliver comprehensive, preventive, and restorative care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and detailed health assessments.
- Evaluate medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, environmental factors, and emotional wellbeing.
- Diagnose conditions within the scope of naturopathy and/or homeopathy practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on root-cause healing.
- Prescribe appropriate homeopathic remedies and/or naturopathic therapies.
- Recommend evidence-informed lifestyle modifications including:
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Sleep hygiene
- Stress management
- Detoxification protocols
- Hydrotherapy and natural therapies (where applicable)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
Patient Education
- Educate patients about preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Empower patients to actively participate in their healing journey.
- Provide counseling on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Develop personalized wellness plans for long-term health maintenance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Ayurveda physicians
- Yoga therapists
- Nutritionists/Dietitians
- Physiotherapists
- Mental health professionals
- Wellness coaches
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Refer patients appropriately when conditions require conventional medical intervention.
Wellness Programs
- Design and deliver holistic wellness packages.
- Participate in preventive health screenings.
- Conduct health workshops, webinars, and educational seminars.
- Contribute to corporate wellness initiatives and community outreach programs.
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to all applicable regulatory guidelines and professional ethics.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
QualificationsFor Naturopathy Physician
- Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Board/Council.
For Homeopathy Physician
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the appropriate State Homeopathy Council.
Preferred
- MD (Homeopathy) or postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty.
- Certification in lifestyle medicine, nutrition, functional medicine, integrative medicine, or wellness coaching is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of clinical experience in holistic or integrative healthcare.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹10,404.81 - ₹39,243.48 per month
