-Material Knowledge
Strong knowledge of interior materials, specifications, brands, and suitable alternatives.
-Rate Analysis & Costing
Prepare item-wise cost estimates, rate analysis, and compare market rates.
-AutoCAD Reading & Drafting
Read 2D AutoCAD drawings and extract accurate measurements and quantities.
-Vendor Coordination & Negotiation
Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain a reliable vendor database.
-Client & Project Support
Assist the design teams with estimates, value engineering, and variation orders during execution.
