This is a remote position.
Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Experience: 5+ years in SF EC
- Functional Consultant of Success Factor EC Module having fair understanding with other SF modules such as Recruitment, Learning and PM/GM etc.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central EC Module.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Requirement Gathering: Lead design workshops to map client HR needs to the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- System Configuration: Build and configure HR modules like Recruiting, Learning (LMS), or Compensation.
- Testing: Create test scenarios and ensure the system functions correctly before the go-live phase.
- System Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including role-based permissions, data audits, and user access.
- Release Management: Test and enable new features during bi-annual system releases.
- Support: Act as the primary liaison between internal HR stakeholders and external tech support
- Strong understanding of Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Industry experience in FMCG and/or refinery is a strong advantage.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) is mandatory requirements.
