HR - Labor Officer (Ludhiana)
New Swan Multitech Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of HR Labor Officer at our manufacturing facility.
Location: Kohara, Ludhiana
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automobile / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Labor law compliance & statutory management
✔ Contractor workforce handling
✔ Employee relations & grievance handling
✔ Attendance, wage & compliance documentation
✔ Coordination with labor authorities & audits
✔ HR operations and shop-floor workforce management
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI & factory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in manufacturing setup preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
