Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the overall marketing and revenue growth strategy of Brandsure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-ticket sales funnels, performance marketing, e-commerce scaling, lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue-focused campaigns.
The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving a minimum ROAS of 4X across digital campaigns and should be capable of building scalable customer acquisition systems for both service-based and e-commerce businesses.
This role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in digital growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain and improve campaign performance with a target ROAS of 4X or above.
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling CAC and improving conversion rates.
- Develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies for high-ticket products/services.
High-Ticket Sales Strategy
- Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels for premium products and services.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, follow-up systems, and conversion rates.
- Develop webinar funnels, consultation funnels, WhatsApp funnels, and automated nurturing systems.
- Analyze customer journey and improve conversion touchpoints.
E-commerce Growth
- Lead overall e-commerce sales growth strategy.
- Optimize website conversion rate, product positioning, retention campaigns, and cart recovery strategies.
- Improve AOV (Average Order Value), repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage marketplace and D2C growth initiatives.
Brand & Content Strategy
- Develop brand positioning and marketing communication strategies.
- Oversee content marketing, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, Conversion Rate, Revenue Growth, and Customer Retention.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Use data-driven decision-making to improve campaign outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor marketing, content, performance, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams for business growth initiatives.
- Build scalable SOPs and marketing systems for long-term growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketer, or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in high-ticket sales and funnel optimization.
- Proven record of achieving 4X+ ROAS consistently.
- Hands-on experience in scaling e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in conversion optimization and customer acquisition strategies.
- Startup experience will be an added advantage.
