Hiring: Performance Marketing & Marketplace Growth Executive

We are building MYP (Make Your Protein), a premium nutrition brand focused on delivering high-quality products with a modern, customer-first approach. We’re looking for a growth-driven marketer who understands both performance marketing and e-commerce execution.
Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital growth across paid marketing, SEO, marketplaces, and customer acquisition. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys scaling brands through data, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube).
- Improve SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to increase organic visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
- Track and optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including:
- Product listings and cataloging
- Listing optimization
- Keyword research
- A+ Content
- Inventory coordination
- Campaign management
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with profitable ROAS.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and AI search optimization (GEO).
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience working with D2C brands.
- Experience in the nutrition, fitness, FMCG, or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with Shopify and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of email marketing and retention strategies is a plus.
