Interior Designer

Shree Builders & Developers is looking for a highly creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking, technical expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept development to execution. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while effectively coordinating with clients, vendors, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts based on client requirements, project objectives, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed space planning, furniture layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and client presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, discuss revisions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Visit project sites for measurements, design verification, execution coordination, and quality inspections.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity estimations, and project quotations with a thorough understanding of project scope and costing.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements while ensuring design quality and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material selection, pricing, product specifications, samples, procurement, and delivery schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong professional relationships with existing suppliers.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, contractors, architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings.
- Lead and guide junior designers, visualizers, and drafting teams by reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and maintaining design quality standards.
- Assist in office management, project planning, task allocation, documentation, and coordination to ensure efficient workflow within the design department.
- Maintain complete project documentation, drawing revisions, presentations, client approvals, and design records in an organized manner.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of creativity, functionality, quality, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, Canva, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, design principles, colour theory, materials, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, quotations, vendor management, and material selection.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas to clients.
- Excellent design thinking, problem-solving, and visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
