### *Key Responsibilities*
* Provide direct executive support to the Chairman & MD in daily operations
* Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel planning
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution of tasks and projects
* Act as a communication link between leadership and various departments
* Travel with the Chairman, including visits to Dubai
* Align business projections and follow-ups with the Dubai team
* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

### *Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Graduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
* 100% proficiency and fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Strong command over AI Office tools and digital productivity suites
* Knowledge of Banking & Accountancy
* Working experience with Tally and Busy software preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with maturity and efficiency
* Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
