Cyber Success is looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students/candidates, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
- Counsel students about courses, career paths, and placement opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the sales, digital, and academic teams
- Resolve student queries professionally and promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Strong convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Excel
- Positive attitude with goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Eligibility
- Graduation / Post-Graduation completed
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome
- Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Immediate joiners preferred
