In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer queries, handle outbound and inbound telecalling, and manage client relations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling activities to follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain clean and updated records of customer interactions in the system.
- Address client queries professionally and provide project details.
- Build strong rapport with prospective homebuyers and clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any relevant bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome and highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and telecalling skills.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
