The Quality Head is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of steel products through the
implementation and management of quality control processes.
This role involves overseeing quality assurance activities, collaborating with production teams,
and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Focus on the function, monitor supplier Quality, Process quality and product quality
Managing Audits and Inspection internal as well external
Handling customer complaints & providing necessary feedback on Quality issues,
