Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Support HR administration and office coordination
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information
