About the Role: You will work closely as an extension of the Australian Leasing Advisory Pursuits team, which is collaborative and high performing. Your key stakeholders will be the Pursuits lead for the Australian business, and a team of commercial Leasing Advisory agents across 5 Australian cities. As a Senior Proposal analyst, you'll oversee the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities with stakeholders to submitting winning proposals, ensuring bids are compliant, competitive and aligned with client needs and company strategy. This dynamic role offers opportunities to learn and propel your career while becoming a champion for leading pursuits. You'll be integral to the team's success, bringing design expertise and proposal management skills to create compelling, winning submissions.
What this job involves
Manage Leasing Advisory RFP submissions with up to 80% completion depending on complexity
Lead end-to-end project management across entire pitch lifecycle
Conduct pre-sales research and scoping exercises with stakeholders
Conduct scoping exercises with business line stakeholders to align on deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and key strategic response elements that differentiate JLL's Leasing Advisory offerings
Create first baseline draft RFP responses by leveraging Leasing Advisory specific proposal databases and baseline libraries
Oversee development of bid presentations in coordination with Business Stakeholders and Graphic Design Team
Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, updating baselines with new Leasing Advisory content
Develop and continuously improve Leasing Advisory materials on the platform, ensuring accuracy and currency of investment market data, logistics statistics, and industry trends
Collate and deliver critical business data including case studies, client testimonials, organizational charts, awards, and core business statistics
Key skills
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven copywriting experience with ability to craft compelling narratives
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent editing, proofreading, and quality control capabilities
Strong influencing skills to build effective partnerships across different business areas
Self-starter with robust project management capabilities
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Formatting and design capabilities will be considered a significant advantage
Employee specification
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end proposal management within a professional services environment
Substantial experience in proposal writing with demonstrated success in winning competitive bids
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships in virtual environments
Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
Cross-cultural communication skills for APAC region collaboration
Adaptability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts
