- Coordinate with professional bodies, accreditation agencies, and institutional partners to ensure smooth operational execution and compliance requirements.
- Manage student registration processes, fee collection coordination, and related documentation activities.
- Coordinate the preparation, procurement, and distribution of academic and program-related materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries, concerns, and operational support requirements.
- Liaise with partner institutions and stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain required documentation and records.
- Maintain accurate databases, student records, and operational reports in accordance with organizational standards.
- Support accreditation processes by sourcing, organizing, and maintaining relevant documentation and evidence.
- Plan and deliver student orientation programs, engagement initiatives, and awareness sessions to enhance the student experience.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information, updates, and communications to students, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the central coordination point for day-to-day operational engagements across programs and locations.
- Monitor operational activities, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to established timelines and service standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support organizational objectives.
- Travel across India as required to support partner institutions, student engagement activities, operational reviews, and organizational initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone as per the operational schedule and business requirements.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
