· Educational Qualification: MBA Marketing / MSW
· Experience: 3 years of experience in corporate relations, sales, cause marketing, or fundraising for NGOs
· Age Group: 30 years plus
Job Description:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for raising CSR funds for social projects of YouthBuild Foundation (YBF). It includes,
- Data mining for prospectus clients
- Generate leads for potential CSR partnerships
- Contact CSR Heads / Representatives of companies or potential donors
- Prepare project proposals in consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Giving presentations to the clients for business development
- Coordinate meetings between YBF’s Senior Management Team and potential clients
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients
- Ensure timely recovery of payments from donors
- Networking with existing and potential clients
