Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create engaging content including captions, reels, stories, and posts.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns. Monitor comments, messages, and respond in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, growth).
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Support paid campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with attention to details
