ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic STEM Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned STEM programs for students across school and college levels, fostering a culture of inquiry, innovation, and hands-on learning. This role combines content expertise with instructional skill to make Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics accessible and exciting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Delivery
- Plan, design, and deliver STEM workshops, lab sessions, and project-based learning programs for K–12 and undergraduate students.
- Facilitate hands-on activities using robotics kits, coding platforms, scientific apparatus, and maker-space tools.
- Conduct both in-person and online/hybrid training sessions as per program requirements.
- Adapt instructional techniques to suit diverse learning levels, styles, and age groups.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop lesson plans, activity guides, assessments, and learning materials aligned to NEP 2020 and CBSE/ICSE/State Board standards.
- Continuously update content to incorporate emerging STEM trends, tools, and real-world applications.
- Create engaging multimedia content including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
Student Engagement & Assessment
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain training records and progress reports.
- Identify struggling learners and apply differentiated instruction strategies to bridge gaps.
Program & Operations Management
- Coordinate with school/college coordinators to schedule and manage training programs.
- Manage lab inventory, equipment, and consumables; ensure a safe and well-organised learning environment.
- Represent the organisation at STEM fairs, competitions, parent sessions, and community events.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in STEM training, teaching, or facilitation.
- Prior experience working with school-age students or in EdTech / training organisations is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
