Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to provide personalized medical care to patients in their homes. The role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and ensuring comfort and recovery in a home-based setting while maintaining clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients at home as per prescribed treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate health records
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility support)
- Perform wound care, dressing, and post-operative care
- Educate patients and family members on care plans and recovery processes
- Identify changes in patient condition and report to doctors promptly
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Support palliative care and elderly care when required
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- ANM, GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Completed)
Certification:
- Valid Nursing Registration (Mandatory)
Experience:
- Freshers are also considered
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Basic knowledge of emergency response
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to patient locations
- Flexible with working hours / shifts
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
