Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of [Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers] to
drive business growth.
Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance
tracking.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify
opportunities and risks.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, consultants, OEMs, and
distributors.
Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely
reporting.
Conduct regular field visits to support the team, build client relationships, and gather
market insights.
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure
seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
to senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and sales compliance
protocols.
Requirements
10+ years of proven sales experience in the AV or related industry.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams across multiple territories.
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
Existing network or established relationships within the AV industry/region is highly
desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across and beyond the assigned region, as per
business requirements.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
