Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and aggressive sales-oriented professionals for the position of Outlet Manager to lead outlet operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in major QSR brands .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently
- Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Deliver excellent customer experience and service standards
- Supervise staff operations, scheduling, and productivity
- Train and motivate team members for improved performance
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
- Maintain inventory and coordinate stock requirements
- Ensure outlet hygiene, presentation, and compliance standards
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in major QSR brands
- Candidates must be from the same industry background
