Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The role involves lead handling, client coordination, site visit scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from digital campaigns, portals, walk-ins, and referrals
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details
- Qualify leads and understand buyer requirements (budget, location, configuration)
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up status in CRM / Google Sheets
- Share brochures, pricing, layouts, and other project information with clients
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for lead conversion
- Prepare daily and weekly lead follow-up and performance reports
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- +2 and above in any discipline
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-oriented work
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION — PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Calling
- Contact fresh leads within 60 minutes.
- Perform outbound follow-ups on assigned database
- Maintain daily calling productivity targets
- Understand buyer requirements through structured questioning
- Identify buyer intent, location, budget and timeline
- Categorize leads (Inquiry / Prospect / Buyer)
- Maintain accurate lead status in CRM
- Explain project highlights, location benefits, and configuration
- Communicate pricing range
- Handle initial objections professionally
- Fix appointments for site visits
- Send reminders and confirmations
- Coordinate with sales/site team
- Maintain structured follow-up cycles
- Update CRM notes after every interaction
2. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily call report
- Achieve defined KPI metrics
- Adhere to communication scripts & brand guidelines
