Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction work at site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare site reports, BOQ, DPR, and project-related documentation.
- Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site operations effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage site activities.
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
