We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services, increase customer engagement, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and brand collaborations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.
