We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to secure vendor empanelments and drive client acquisition across multiple industries. You will connect with corporate clients in the IT, ITES, Banking, Healthcare, Pharma, and Automobile sectors to pitch our staffing services and bridge the gap between hiring companies and qualified job aspirants.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure Empanelments: Network with HR heads and procurement teams to get our agency listed as an approved staffing vendor.
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch staffing solutions to corporate clients within target industries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term partnerships with corporate clients to ensure a steady stream of job requirements.
- Sourcing Alignment: Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure job aspirants are successfully sourced and matched to client needs.
- Market Research: Track industry hiring trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in corporate sales, B2B business development, or staffing agency client acquisition.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of hiring needs in IT, ITES, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, or Automobile sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a persistent cold-calling approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
