About the Role
Ready Wealth is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support business development initiatives across real estate and financial services. The intern will assist in lead generation, client engagement, market research, digital marketing activities, and sales support to help expand the company's customer base and brand presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for potential real estate buyers and investors.
- Assist the sales team in client follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
Marketing Activities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content for real estate and financial products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the organization of promotional events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
- Help develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Business Development
- Identify potential partnership and networking opportunities.
- Research market trends in real estate, investments, insurance, and financial planning.
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed or Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
