1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Close Deals: Deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to drive revenue.
2. Territory & Partner Management
- Expand Market Share: Identify untapped business opportunities and new client segments within the assigned region.
- Manage Channel Partners: Coordinate with local distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure adequate product availability and optimize product placement.
- Client Retention: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers to guarantee loyalty and repeat business.
