Job Description:
As a Voyage Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing vessel voyage costs, ensuring accuracy, and identifying key reasons for cost variations. You will play a vital role in managing and controlling costs, providing insights into discrepancies, and ensuring efficient voyage operations.
Analyze vessel voyage costs and assess financial performance.
Compare actual costs with proforma budgets and identify any discrepancies.
Investigate and explain reasons for cost variations between planned and actual expenses.
Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Prepare cost reports and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to voyage accounting.
CMA / CA Qualification (Freshers welcome to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams.
Up to 2 years of experience in cost analysis or a similar role.
Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
