Job Summary
The sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Business Development team in day-to-day operations, client coordination, proposal preparation, documentation, tender support, MIS reporting, and smooth execution of sales activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, coordination abilities, documentation management, and follow-up capabilities to ensure timely closure of business opportunities and client satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for new business inquiries and ongoing requirements.
- Prepare and maintain proposals, quotations, presentations, agreements, and commercial documents.
- Assist in preparing security deployment plans, costing sheets, and compliance documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals, negotiations, and approvals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, proposals submitted, and closures.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and site visits with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure timely response to client queries and requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure high service responsiveness.
Tender & Documentation Management
- Assist in identifying tender opportunities and preparing tender submissions.
- Compile required statutory and company documents for tenders and client onboarding.
- Ensure all proposals and documentation are properly formatted and submitted within timelines.
- Maintain updated company profiles, certifications, licenses, and compliance records.
MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track business development activities and maintain CRM/database records.
- Prepare management reports related to sales activities, revenue tracking, and client status.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all sales-related activities.
Coordination with Internal Departments
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, and Compliance teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Assist in deployment planning and mobilization support after business confirmation.
- Ensure proper internal communication regarding client expectations and service requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and reports.
- Good follow-up and negotiation support skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and documentation will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Experience Required
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development Support, or Client Coordination.
- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Services, or Service Industry will be preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Candidate should be flexible for client coordination and occasional field visits if required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
