Position: Production Merchandiser
Industry: Textiles / Garments / Home Textiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Prepare and monitor the Time & Action (T&A) plan for all orders.
- Follow up with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure availability of fabric, trims, accessories, and other raw materials as per production schedule.
- Track production status and resolve issues affecting delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with PPC, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Monitor order progress and update management on production status.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals before shipment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and order documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment/textile manufacturing processes.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–8 years in Production Merchandising within the Textile or Garment Industry.
Salary:
- As per experience and company standards.

- Merchandising Manager / Production Head.
