Assistant Sales Manager – Automobile Industry
*Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
*Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
*Monitor daily sales, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
*Handle customer enquiries and support the sales team.
*Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers.
*Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Service departments.
*Conduct market visits and generate new sales leads.
*Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.
*Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall dealership targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
