Job Summary:
Responsible for handling banquet and event enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound banquet and event enquiries.
- Share proposals, packages, and quotations with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth event execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality, or Event Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
