YoungMinds is building Kerala's first grade-based Innovation School, where students don't just learn about innovation they become innovators.We're looking for an experienced leader who can inspire students, mentor coaches, build world-class innovation programs, and create meaningful impact in K-12 education.
What You'll Do
- Mentor students in Innovation, Design Thinking, Prototyping & Entrepreneurship
- Coach students for YIP, ATL Marathon, Inspire Awards, Science Fairs, Hackathons & Innovation Challenges
-Train and lead Innovation Coaches
-Design innovation curriculum, learning pathways & project-based programs
-Manage Innovation School operations and program delivery
-Build partnerships with schools, startups, industry experts & innovation ecosystems
Experience Required 2–4+ years in Innovation Education, STEM, Robotics, Maker Education, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship Education, or Project-Based LearningIdeal for educators, makers, innovators, FAB Academy alumni, robotics trainers, STEM leaders, startup mentors, and innovation ecosystem builders.
