Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to oversee and maintain quality standards across raw materials, production processes, and finished products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing quality systems, quality audits, managing internal and external non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in team leadership and stakeholder coordination is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits for raw materials, in-process checks, and final products.
- Establish, manage, and improve internal and external non-conformance reporting (NCR) systems.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring proper documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and plant instruments in compliance with quality standards.
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, FSSAI) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage a work force in respective shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, R&D, and Sales to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) to ensure timely availability and quality compliance.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GLP and regulatory compliance in the food industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing shift work force.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using QA tools, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with inventory and stock management of RM & FG.
- Certifications in ISO, FSSAI, or related food safety standards.

Pay: ₹235,706.49 - ₹436,661.86 per year
