Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise rapid assessment, triage, and resuscitation of emergency patients. Ensure adherence to protocols for trauma, ACLS, and BLS.
- Operational Management: Manage daily,24/7 staff scheduling, mentor staff, and ensure cleanliness of the emergency ward, treatment rooms, and toilets.
- Equipment & Resource Readiness: Check for functional biomedical equipment, such as crash carts, defibrillators, intubation trays, and ventilators.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee patient admissions, transfers to ICU/OT, and discharges. Coordinate with other departments (radiology, lab) for prompt investigations.
