Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable web development solutions
Prepare customized and compelling proposals
Perform regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain lead data and communication records
Required Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation through Upwork or other freelancing platforms
Basic understanding of web development technologies such as React, Laravel, PHP, Next.js, etc. (Preferred)
Strong written English communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
