Lead Generation Specialist (Commercial Leasing)

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with businesses seeking commercial office space in California. You will generate qualified leads, conduct outreach, and schedule property tours for our office suites in San Leandro, CA.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B commercial leasing leads.
- Research potential tenants and decision-makers.
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Schedule property tours.
- Maintain and update lead records.
- Follow up with prospects until lease closure.
Requirements
- Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Compensation (First Month – Performance Based)
The first month will be a performance evaluation period.
- Generate 5 Qualified Leads: $100
- Successful Property Tour: $25 per tour (Maximum 1 paid tour per week)
- Application Approved: $50
- Successful Lease Closure: $200 per lease
Top performers will be offered a fixed monthly salary from the second month, based on performance and business requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,481.60 per month
