Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Account Health Specialist to monitor, audit, and maintain the overall health and performance of Google Ads accounts, ensuring compliance, stability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Google Ads account health and performance regularly
- Identify issues related to policy violations, disapprovals, and tracking errors
- Ensure proper account structure, settings, and best practices
- Audit campaigns for quality score, keyword relevance, and targeting
- Check conversion tracking and tag implementation
- Maintain compliance with Google Ads policies
- Prepare health check and performance reports
- Support optimization and scaling teams with insights and fixes
- Handle multiple client accounts efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads account structure and policies
- Understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and monitoring ability
- Google Ads Certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Graduation in Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience or auditing experience
- Strong freshers with advanced Google Ads knowledge may apply
