Position: Events Sales Manager (MICE)
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business opportunities in the MICE and corporate events segment.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with internal operations and event teams for successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in MICE sales, event sales, or corporate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client network is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

- Relationship-building and networking expertise.
- Knowledge of the MICE industry and event management processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
