Job Title: Maintenance Executive – Hospitality / Hotel Operations

Job Summary
Ensures seamless 24/7 guest satisfaction by keeping all hotel guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities in pristine functional and aesthetic condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Room & Public Area Care: Promptly resolve guest room work orders (plumbing leaks, TV/Wi-Fi issues, door lock repairs, HVAC temperature adjustments) while maintaining a polite, professional presence.
- Central Utilities & MEP Systems: Monitor and conduct preventive maintenance on critical hotel machinery—including commercial boilers, chillers, water filtration, laundry units, and backup generators.
- Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled PPM checklists across guest rooms (POMEC protocols), swimming pools, kitchen equipment, and elevators to uphold brand standards.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Partner closely with Housekeeping and Front Office to prioritize urgent room repairs and release out-of-order (OOO) rooms back into inventory quickly.
- Safety, Health & Fire Compliance: Inspect fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency exits, and kitchen fire suppression systems to ensure strict local safety and sanitation compliance.
- Vendor & Inventory Tracking: Maintain logs of spare parts (lamps, plumbing fittings, HVAC filters) and supervise external service technicians during specialized equipment overhauls.
- Knowledge: Practical knowledge of plumbing, single/three-phase electrical systems, split/central HVAC, carpentry, and basic painting touch-ups, water system like pools STP’s generator, operations, Telephone wi-fi networking system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning (HVAC), or Hotel Engineering/Facilities Management.
- Experience: 4–6 years of technical or facilities maintenance experience in hotel operations and luxury resorts
- Core Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of plumbing, single/three-phase electrical systems, split/central HVAC, carpentry, and basic painting touch-ups, water system like pools STP’s generator, operations, Telephone wi-fi networking system.
- Soft Skills & Flexibility: Grooming, strong guest communication, and willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel occupancy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
