Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The role involves connecting with property buyers, understanding their requirements, explaining residential and commercial projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting qualified leads.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Handle enquiries received from online and offline marketing campaigns.
Understand customers' property requirements and budget.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
Build long-term relationships with prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
