Experience: Minimum 1 year.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage bulk hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
- Ensure timely closure of open position
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
- Experience in bulk hiring / field hiring is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
