Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Work with business users and product owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and walkthroughs.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Documentation & BA Deliverables
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows/BPMN diagrams, and Use Case Documents.
- Maintain version control and structured documentation in Confluence.
Responsibilities: Technical Analysis
- Understand system architecture, API interactions, data flows, and integration points.
- Use Postman to test and validate APIs (request/response, payloads, error conditions).
- Support the dev team with requirement clarifications, mapping documents, and API-level details.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Product).
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT support, and defect triage.
- Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability in Jira.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 2-5 years
