Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Process leave applications and update leave balances.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll inputs.
- Assist in salary processing and salary advance records.
- Maintain employee salary and deduction records.
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documents.
- Update employee database and HRMS records.
- Prepare experience certificates, relieving letters, and ID cards.
- Statutory Compliance
- Assist in PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Welfare compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate with government departments when required.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Administration Support
- Maintain HR documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate training programs and employee meetings.
Pay: ₹8,955.62 - ₹17,000.00 per month
