We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and online research.
- Handle enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in promoting the company's services through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns and business promotion activities.
- Maintain customer database, sales reports, and daily follow-up records.
- Attend client meetings whenever required to support business development.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relationship, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, or BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital marketing concepts will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
