Civil Quantity Surveyor – Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
- Estimate material, labor, and project costs accurately
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost planning reports
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor payments
- Monitor project budget and control construction costs
- Track material consumption and site progress
- Prepare client billing and vendor payment certification
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, and procurement team
- Maintain records of measurements, invoices, and contracts
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and rate analysis
- Support tender preparation and quotation evaluation
- Ensure work is completed as per contract terms and project budget

Pay: ₹12,559.00 - ₹45,088.65 per month
