Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Strategist – Digital Marketing with 4 to 6 years of experience who can help build impactful digital campaigns and strong brand communication across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, content strategy, paid campaigns, and branding, along with the ability to create marketing ideas that support business growth, lead generation, and audience engagement.
You will work closely with performance marketing, SEO, content, and creative teams to develop campaigns that are both creative and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand brand goals, target audience, and customer journey across digital platforms
- Create marketing and campaign strategies for paid ads, social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Support brand messaging, storytelling, and creative direction across marketing channels
- Plan ideas for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, landing pages, and promotional content
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams to align content strategy with keyword intent and search goals
- Prepare creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video editors
- Assist in creating engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, websites, email marketing, and paid campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights
- Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, hooks, and landing page messaging
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital assets
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad formats, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Content Strategy, or Branding
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO content strategy and keyword intent
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement
- Ability to convert marketing goals into creative campaign ideas
- Experience working with designers, content creators, and marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with interest in campaign optimization and performance improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS, IT, or performance-focused brands
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion-focused marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools for content or creative ideation
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads
