RidenRepair is a fast-growing vehicle service platform connecting customers with trusted mechanics for repair and maintenance services. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Booking Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Book and schedule vehicle service appointments.
- Coordinate with mechanics and service partners for timely service allocation.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Achieve daily call and booking targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, and CRM is an advantage).
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
