Role Summary
The Senior Specialist – Frontend Engineer (A3) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications using Angular. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces while owning frontend modules end to end. Strong hands-on usage of AI-assisted development tools is highly valued to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based frontend applications
- Build reusable UI components, services, and modules
- Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Collaborate with Backend, QA, and Product teams
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery activities
- Own the quality and stability of assigned frontend components
AI Usage & Productivity Expectations
- Actively use AI-assisted tools for UI development, refactoring, and debugging
- Use AI to speed up component development and reduce rework
- Leverage AI for documentation, test case suggestions, and defect analysis
- Validate AI-generated code to meet performance and security standards
- Continuously improve productivity using AI-driven approaches
Quality & Collaboration
- Ensure frontend code is testable and automation-friendly
- Support QA during testing and defect resolution
- Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Future Growth Expectation
Frontend engineers are expected to gradually gain backend exposure using Python (Flask/FastAPI) and move toward full-stack feature ownership over time. Candidates with existing full-stack experience (Angular + Python) are considered a strong advantage.
Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Exposure to Python backend development is a plus
- Hands-on usage of AI tools for development productivity is highly preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
