We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be involved in recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing regular sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as forecasts to the management team. In this role, you will be expected to stay updated on emerging markets, market shifts, and competition, as well as identify new products and business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
